Jane C. Nebelung brings more than 25 years of experience
of partnering with executives and managers to improve their
business results and to implement change successfully. Her
experience includes working with companies such as Liz Claiborne,
CIGNA, Aetna, Texas Instruments, the Bureau of Business Practices,
and LIMRA International. She also works with non-profit boards,
volunteers as SCORE Counselor and is active in the Women’s
Business Network of the Eastern Connecticut Chamber of Commerce.
Jane has worked as an executive-level partner in Organization
Development/Effectiveness and Change Implementation. In these
roles, she is noted as a business leader, architect, facilitator
and coach for key strategic initiatives in Fortune 100 companies
that resulted in employee engagement and optimal performance,
customer retention and sustained business growth and profitability.
Jane is also recognized for exceptional results that include
contributions to top-line growth and bottom-line impact, vision
and innovation, strategic and tactical leadership, collaboration,
mentoring colleagues and staff, and proactive expense management.
In her most recent corporate role, she headed Strategic Learning
and Change for CIGNA Retirement & Investment Services.
At Aetna for nine years, she held various positions including
Head of Learning and Performance for Aetna Customer Service
and Director of Organization Capability. With LIMRA, Jane
worked with companies on their marketing management practices
to increase sales.
She is the founder and president of Nebelung Associates,
LLC, expanding business value and growth by aligning organizational
actions with leader intentions through Thought Partnership
and by building Leadership Mastery anchored in Universal Spiritual
Principles.
Nebelung is a graduate of Emmanuel College in Boston with
a B.S. in Psychology. She has her M.A. in Psychology from
the University of Hartford and is certified in executive coaching
by the Professional School of Psychology in Sacramento, California.
Jane is the author of more than 50 articles and is a frequently
invited guest instructor in the executive business programs
at Central Connecticut State University and the University
of New Haven and is an adjunct faculty member at Quinnipiac
University. She is a member of the American Psychological
Association (APA), the Society for Industrial Organizational
Psychology (SIOP), the World Future Society, the Institute
of Noetic Sciences (IONS) and the Association for Spirit at
Work.
