Are you a Leader?
Will you meet the Challenge?
Will you be one of the First?

The chaos that we are witnessing in the world demands that we take a radical approach to leading and managing our businesses. By radical we mean root cause; an approach that addresses the very nature of humanity: Our Divinity. That is right. We are Divine beings, created in the image and likeness of God. Indeed, collectively we ARE God, actively co-creating the world we see and experience through our thoughts, words and actions.

Think about it.

The major Spiritual traditions teach the following principles:
--- We are each a Unique Manifestation of the Divine.
   Surrender is fully Accepting our Divinity.
--- We are One with each other, all of Creation and the Divine.
--- We have a Free Will.
--- Actualizing our Divine Nature and our Power to
     Create brings forth Gratitude and Joy. We are creators.
--- Living Unconditional, Selfless Love, Acceptance,
     Compassion and Non-judgment towards ourselves
     and others brings forth Fearlessness, Peace and Wisdom.

And so as humans we innately require:
--- Purpose and Meaning
--- Being a part of something larger than ourselves through
Connection, Participation, Inclusion and Equality
--- Self-determination and Choice
--- Personal Growth and Development
--- Respect and Appreciation

Why? Because we are active co-creators of Life and Life is what we call God/Spirit/Source/All That Is.

It is our choice. We can choose to Serve Life above all else or not. Serving Life means that we acknowledge and nurture our Divine Nature in all that we do including business, which is a primary means to convey the flow of Divine Love and Abundance (e.g., employee prosperity, business growth, profitability and shareholder value). We, as co-creators, foster this flow or stop it in its tracks.

So, again we ask you:
Are you a Leader?
